| Undergraduate (BS) or graduate degree in computer science, information systems technology or similar degree. | |
| Associate in Applied Science (AAS) or Diploma in a healthcare occupation that involves clinical practice and/or patient care other than those described above. | |
| Bachelor's of Arts (BA) or other non-science undergraduate or graduate degree not described above | |
| At least 1 year clinical research experience (as indicated by an employer letter) | |
