Tuition Payment Deadlines
Full payment of tuition and fees is due according to the schedule below. If you do not pay on time, your courses will be de-registered and made available for other students.
Self-Service opens to accept Fall 2026 tuition payments on Wednesday, July 1.

Schedule Adjustments
Students who complete the enrollment steps by the deadline may add courses during the schedule adjustment period. Payment for these added courses is due at registration. Courses will be dropped if payment is not received the same day.
After the schedule adjustment period ends, students may not enroll in courses already in progress. Requests for exceptions to these procedures must be submitted to the academic dean responsible for the course.

Financial Aid Recipients
If your financial aid award is not viewable on your account by May 15 (for summer courses) or by July 15 (for fall courses), you will have to either pay for your courses out of pocket or enroll in a payment plan.
Credit card payments may be made online through Self-Service all day except Fridays from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. for weekly maintenance. Checks and Money Orders can be mailed to:

Durham Tech has partnered with Nelnet to offer a convenient Tuition Payment Plan that makes paying for college easier and more affordable. This is not a loan program.
