Conduct research into fundamental computer and information science as theorists, designers, or inventors. Develop solutions to problems in the field of computer hardware and software.
Students who wish to pursue a bachelor's degree in Computer Science should complete the Associate in Science (AS) degree which will transfer to all UNC System schools, most North Carolina independent colleges and universities, and most out of state institutions.
