ASL-181 ASL Lab 1
This course provides an opportunity to enhance the acquisition of fundamental elements of American Sign Language. Emphasis is placed on the progressive development of basic expressive and receptive skills through the use of supplementary learning media and materials and community engagement. Upon completion, students should be able to comprehend and respond to expressive American Sign Language with grammatical accuracy and demonstrate increased cultural awareness.
The following courses must be taken either prior to or at the same time as this course:
