MHT-3100D Peer Spt: Crisis Intervention
This 96-hour course will provide the information and resources necessary for individuals to work as Certified Peer Support Specialist in the state of North Carolina. The course follows the North Carolina approved curriculum Extending Your Portfolio Peer Support Training. This course integrates hands on experience referred to as community engagement meetings in which students travel 5x times to one of Durham Techs Campuses to attend and receive first-hand experience coupled with biweekly online learning.
