Gateway to College at Durham Tech is an educational option for Durham Public Schools (DPS) students ages 16-24 who have dropped out of high school but have a desire to get back on track and earn a diploma.
The employee directory can be searched by first name, last name, or by department. One letter, a few letters, or an entire name can be entered for a search.

The Biotechnology program at Durham Tech provides foundational skills needed to begin a career as a process technician for a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing company.
Students who ultimately wish to complete a baccalaureate of arts degree at a four-year college or university would complete the Associate in Arts (AA) degree. Students in this program develop foundational knowledge particularly in business, English, fine arts, foreign languages, history, philosophy, psychology, or sociology.
Durham Tech’s plan is monitored by an internal team and reviewed for approval every three (3) years by the College’s Board of Trustees. The accountability and integrity planning framework establishes goals and objectives.
