With about 150 books being donated from Book Harvest every month, the Little Free Libraries at Durham Technical Community College are flourishing.
Little Free Libraries, a decade-long global movement, are stations where people can grab books for free and bring their unwanted books for others to enjoy. The Durham Tech Little Free Libraries were installed last year on Main Campus, Orange County Campus, and Northern Durham Center.

Corporate Services offers continuing education and training to meet the needs of area businesses, industries, and other organizations. Staff also can provide assistance in doing workforce assessment.
Instructors can provide tests a student has missed during class, so they may take them in a quiet, secure environment in the Center for Academic Excellence.
Dr. Phail Wynn Jr, was president of Durham Technical Community College from 1980-2007. When Dr. Wynn made a generous donation to the library in 2007, the library created a special collection in his name. Dr. Wynn requested the collection pertain to socially responsible topics such as ecology and the environment, cultural awareness, global citizenship, teaching tolerance, appreciating diversity, fighting poverty, and promoting world peace. English for Academic Purposes (EAP) is a program designed to help students improve their skills in U.S. Academic English. Students entering this program already have the basics of English (or speak another variety of English), but need to improve their skills as it relates to college-level reading, writing, research, grammar, listening, and speaking.
