Attend a Durham Tech summer camp to engage your middle and high school students to develop a new interest or learn more about a current one. New camps will be added so check back.

Power of Us Camp

Discover career options in several technology programs and participate in hands-on activities, observe live lab demonstrations, and create projects using the latest equipment.

Open to: Rising 10th, 11th, or 12th graders in Durham or Orange Counties
Cost: Free
Location: Main Campus, Newton (Building 4) and Ingram (Building 11)
Time: 8:30 a.m. –  2:30 p.m.,
Dates: June 16 – June 19

Summer Success Academy

Learn about Guided Career Pathways, begin academic career planning, and get support with the enrollment process, applying for financial aid, and other services.

Open to: Graduating high school seniors from Durham, Chapel Hill/Carrboro, Orange County, or neighboring counties, as well as high school equivalency graduates entering college for the first time and planning to attend Durham Tech in Fall 2025.
Cost: Free. Lunch provided.
Location: Main Campus, Building 10, Room 103
Time: 8:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Dates: July 14 – July 17; July 21 – July 24
