ATI TEAS Test
The ATI TEAS exam is required for students planning to enroll in Durham Tech's nursing, Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), or Respiratory Therapy programs. To take the ATI TEAS exam, students must have completed any developmental education requirements as well as a basic biology and chemistry course.
Contact your Academic Advisor if you have questions related to whether you qualify to take the test. Preparation is strongly recommended.
Testing Registration and Prep Materials
The ATI TEAS exam is designed to assess a student's aptitude for success in nursing and allied health programs. Students must achieve an ATI TEAS score of:
- 65 percent or higher on the Adjusted Individual Score to be eligible for admission into a Nursing program
- 60 percent or higher for the Respiratory Therapy program
- 58.7 percent or higher for the the Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Your ATI TEAS score is not included in the calculation of points for competitive admissions
