Project SIGHT/Mobile Health Lab Donation Form
Thank you for supporting Project SIGHT to provide free prescription eyewear to children and adults of underinsured/low-income households in Durham County. The Mobile Health Lab provides health services for the underserved neighborhoods in Durham and Orange counties.
