News: Alumni Spotlight: Ian McKee
Ian McKee was fed up.
It was the end of a cold, rainy, eight-hour shift standing outside as a hospital valet. All of his clothes were soaked to the bone, and his body shook with cold. He decided at this moment that it was time to make a better life for himself.
That was over four years ago – and he hasn’t looked back.

It also provides clinical training site for students, giving them hands-on experience delivering care to individuals from a variety of backgrounds and building the emotional intelligence skills to be empathetic practitioners.

Having a U.S. Congress without Rep. David Price feels like UNC basketball without Dean Smith or Duke basketball without Coach K: you know the institution will survive, but at first it’s tough to see how. News: Durham Tech Promise provides up to $1,000 each year in free tuition to students
The new Durham Tech Promise program is making college more affordable – reducing tuition by as much as half for eligible students.
