Student Fees
Student Administrative Fees
All curriculum (credit) students are charged a student administrative fee each fall, spring, and summer semester*. Fees are calculated based on the number of credit hours a student is enrolled in per semester.
Funds support student clubs and social activities, computer and technology use, college parking and security, student ID cards, and accident insurance for students participating in college classes and functions. Fees are subject to change.

*Students who have had their tuition waived are not required to pay the administration fee, with the exception of senior citizens who audit courses (their tuition is waived but they must pay all other fees for the course including the administrative fee)
Course Supply and Miscellaneous Fees
Course supply fees are charged for some credit courses due to the student's use of unique supplies and equipment during the course (tools, kits, uniforms, etc.). Supply fees vary, depending on the nature of the course and supplies needed.

Continuing Education Administrative Fees
Students enrolling in Continuing Education courses have to pay an administrative fee of $11.25 that includes the following:
- Computer Use and Technology Fee ($5)
- College Access, Parking, and Security Fee ($5)
- Student Accident Insurance ($1.25)
Continuing Education students may also have to pay materials fees, a malpractice insurance fee, or a fee for exams and certifications, depending on the requirements of the course.
Students enrolled in classes that have no tuition costs are not required to pay administrative fees.
Transcript Fee
A $5 fee is charged for each official copy of a student’s transcript. There is no charge for a student copy available through Self Service. Read more about how to Order Transcripts.
