Students will also have access to the makerspace during working hours for the duration of the course.

SEF-3001SL CNC Workshop

Explore the exciting world of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and Shopbot technology in this two-day course. Get hands-on experience and learn the fundamentals of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) design using Aspire software, and discover how to create intricate designs with precision accuracy. Participants will gain an understanding of Shopbot machines, including setup and maintenance, and learn the basics of cutting parts. By the end of this course, you'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to bring your designs to life with the power of CNC.
