The Center for Academic Excellence (CAE) provides curriculum students at Durham Tech with the academic support they need to be successful.
During each term, Durham Tech students may meet with any of the available professional tutors during the posted hours. Services are free, and no appointment is necessary during the posted times.
Instructors can provide tests a student has missed during class, so they may take them in a quiet, secure environment in the Center for Academic Excellence.
The Facility Services Department provides maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, shipping/receiving, and mail services for the college facilities in both Durham and Orange counties.
Durham Tech will offer in-person assistance for enrolling, advising, and college and community resources through a new on-campus Student Resources Center.
