Construction Management Technology Certificate

Short Term

Durham Tech's Construction Management Technology Certificate program prepares students with the basic skills needed to help manage construction projects from start to finish. It is designed for both beginners and those already working in construction who want to improve their management skills.

Students learn about construction materials and methods, safety, blueprint reading, estimating, scheduling, and site supervision. They also develop skills in using construction software, coordinating projects, maintaining quality, and communicating effectively with teams.

Graduates may qualify for management level roles in a variety of construction settings.
