Full payment of tuition and fees is due according to the schedule below. If you do not pay on time, your courses will be de-registered and made available for other students. Your tuition balance is viewable in Self-Service beginning July 1.**
If you register April 1 – July 7, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. Monday, July 8
If you register July 8 – 21, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. Monday, July 22
If you register July 22 – August 4, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. Monday, August 5
If you register August 5 – 6, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, August 6
If you register August 7 – 8, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. Thursday, August 8
If you register August 9 – 11, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. Sunday, August 11
If you register for Mini-Session II on August 12 – October 6, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7
If you register October 7 – 13, full payment is due by 11:59 p.m. Sunday, October 13
**Financial Aid recipients - If your financial aid award is not viewable on your account (check the Financial Aid tab in Self-Service) by August 5 (Full Semester and Mini-Session I) or October 7 (Mini-Session II), you will be responsible for paying for your courses out of pocket or enrolling in a payment plan.
Payments may be made online through Self-Service all day except from 1 a.m. until 1:10 a.m. for daily maintenance and Fridays from 6 a.m. until 8 a.m. for weekly maintenance. Also, payment may be made in person at the Cashier’s Window (White Building entrance foyer, Main Campus Building 1).
Payments may also be made in the Admissions, Registration, and Records office, Wynn Center (Building 10), room 10-201, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Thursday through August 2, and Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. beginning August 6. The College is closed Monday, August 5.
