Short Term
Coursework includes studies in artificial intelligence fundamentals, machine learning concepts, data analysis, prompt engineering, and ethical considerations in AI. Students will gain hands-on experience using AI tools to support automation, problem-solving, and data-informed decision-making in technical and business environments.
Graduates should qualify for positions such as AI Support Specialist, Junior AI Technician, Data and AI Operations Assistant, Technology Support Specialist, and other entry-level roles supporting AI-enabled systems. They will be equipped with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to assist organizations in adopting and managing AI technologies while understanding the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence in modern workplaces.
