The Main Campus Student Resource Center provides on-campus walk-in support for students. The College also provides all student support services virtually. For email addresses, telephone numbers, and hours of operation for student support services, visit our HelpHub.

Students can also request assistance using the Student Support Request form.

We will serve students at these locations who

  • Prefer to meet in-person;
  • Want support with completing enrollment steps (enrollment application, ConnectSession, registration, financial aid, etc.) or access support services;
  • Have challenges with access to the internet and need to complete enrollment steps or access support services;
  • Need to print materials for instructional or support services reasons;
  • Must submit documentation (e.g., transcripts, Financial Aid documents);
  • Seek to have a reasonable on-campus accommodation established by Accessibility Services.

Durham Tech representatives will be available at the Student Resource Center to provide access to campus computers that will connect students with advisors, registration staff, counselors, financial aid advisor, or other key support persons.

Spring Hours 

Monday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.


Phail Wynn Jr. Student Services Center (Building 10, first-floor). Go to the Welcome Desk and they will direct you.


Students who drive to campus to visit the Student Resources Center can park in Parking Lot A or D. The College also offers ADA parking spaces in the roundabout at the Wynn Center for vehicles with a visible DMV hangtag.
